Introduction
All products sold by Sesto Senso S.r.l. trough Mediastore are covered by producer conventional warranty (the one indicated when you bought the product). They are also covered by 24-month warranty for not compliance with the law DLgs n. 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Client have to keep the invoice (or CMR) and product original packages.
The 24-month warranty starts from product purchasing date indicated on the invoice (or CMR) sent together with goods. Sesto Senso S.r.l. will supply globally a repairing or replacing service as follows. Sesto Senso S.r.l. will supply products or new, repaired or used-but-in-service spare parts. Product or spare parts will be functionally equal to products or replaced parts. They will be covered by the remaining warranty, to conform to what warranty forecasts.

Customer Service
To benefit from Customer Service help you have to download the proper form, fill in it and send it by e-mail or by fax to the address indicated on it. If you need support by phone, a Sesto Senso operator will answer to your questions. He will ask you for product code, advising you about the best Customer Service to choice considering Insured Equipment. Customer Service will always depend on Sesto Senso approval. The Customer has to keep the Warranty document and the Insured Equipment original receipt. It would be necessary to prove the purchase to evaluate product covering suitability.

D.O.A.
In D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) case it is necessary to download the proper form, fill in it and send it by e-mail or by fax to the address indicated on it, within 32 working hours starting from product receipt. Replacing or repairing time depends only on manufacturer.

If Sesto Senso S.r.l. establishes that Insured Equipment needs to be replaced or repaired, the Customer will receive by e-mail a RMA code and the following returning procedure:

Returned product package, on both DOA service and repairing, has to be prepared using the original one.

The package has to be put into another box to limit damages. The box has to report not only the destination address but also RMA/DOA code that has been given to you by Sesto Senso by e-mail. Please avoid stickers or ribbons on original package.

The Customer has to check S/N of the product which has to be the same as the invoice or transport document one. If not, warranty will be cancelled.

Product dispatching costs will be totally paid by the Customer itself and it will be done using the Courier - the Customer may choose which one but not ordinary mail, that Sesto Senso would not accept and ship back. Product return will be paid by Sesto Senso.

In case of product damage during transport Sesto Senso S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer about that, so the Customer will be able to lodge a complaint against the Courier he chose, obtaining refund (if the product was insured). The Customer will be now able to have the product at his disposal ready for return, cancelling withdrawal request. Sesto Senso S.r.l. is not responsible for damages or theft/loss deriving from not-insured dispatches.
Sesto Senso S.r.l, its employers and its Sales Agents will not be responsible towards Customers or following owners for any indirect or consequential damage, such as: re-establishment, rescheduling or program/data duplication costs, data confidentiality loss, business loss, profit lack, return or forecast-saving lack. It is all not ascribable to Sesto Senso obligation, as forecast by this plan. Considering law limits, Sesto Senso S.r.l, its employers and its Sales Agents responsibility, deriving from this plan, towards Customers or following owners will not exceed the price you paid in product purchasing. Sesto Senso S.r.l. can not guarantee Insured Equipment replacing or repairing without program/data loss and their confidentiality risks. Nothing in this contract excludes or limits Sesto Senso responsibility in case of death or personal injuries caused by its negligence or criminal intent deriving from product use. Remaining within the law, Sesto Senso responsibility is limited (at its discretion) to Insured Equipment replacing or repairing, providing the Customer Service.

Withdrawal
If the Customer is a user (natural person buying goods with purposes that differs from its own business so it does not indicate the VAT number in the order form did on Sesto Senso S.r.l. Mediastore), has the right to declare off the purchasing contract in any case, within 14 days starting from goods receipt. VAT number owners requests will be checked by Sesto Senso S.r.L

To request the Withdrawal you will have to download the proper form and fill in it. Then send it by ordinary mail with certified mail to Sesto Senso S.r.l. Mediastore Via Terraglio, 271/B - 31022 Preganziol, Treviso,Italy. When Sesto Senso S.r.l. will receive it, it will send you the return permission code and product return conditions. If Sesto Senso will find any faults, withdrawal right will be broken. Sesto Senso S.r.l. will refund what already paid within 30 days starting from goods receipt through Bank Transfer so we ask the Customer to communicate bank details to obtain the refund (IBAN code).

What is not included into the Warranty
-
Every kind of electrical repair attempy not linked to Insured Equipment.

Damages to Insured Equipment caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, bad use (installation, repairing or maintenance made by people who are not Sesto Senso or its authorized Suppliers included), not authorized changes, inappropriate environmental conditions (such as do not follow temperature and humidity requirements), unusual stress, physical or electrical interference, current drop or sudden changes, flashes, static electricity, fire, circumstances beyond our control or other external causes.

The Insured Equipment having modified, cancelled or removed code number.

The Insured Equipment loss or thief. The Warranty insures only the product that has been sent back to Sesto Senso in its integrity.

Aesthetic damages that do not interfere with Insured Equipment working ability such as (by way of an example, not in exhaustive one) scratches, bashes, connector plastic items breaking.

Exhaustible parts such as batteries – except for battery warranty and if the damage would not depend on materials used or manufacturing faults.

Customer Service Operations
If Sesto Senso S.r.l. establishes that the Insured Equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, Sesto Senso S.r.l. MediaStore will be able to replace the product supplying new, repaired or used-but-in-service spare parts. Functionally speaking, product or spare parts will be the same as replaced products or parts. They will also be covered by the remaining Warranty, to conform to what indicated into the plan. Sesto Senso S.r.l. becomes owner of replaced products or parts.

Law Jurisdiction
The Sale Contract between the Customer and Sesto Senso S.r.l. l it is considered as concluded in Italy so it is ruled by Italian Law. To solve civil and criminal disputes deriving from this distance sale contract conclusion, if the customer is a end user, will be within the competence of its town court. In all other cases, it will be within the competence of the Treviso one - Italy.

Obligations
Sesto Senso S.r.l. Mediastore has the right to change the conditions above without notice. Sesto Senso S.r.l. Mediastore will send an e-mail to inform about it, if possible.
