Purchase Procedure

Go to the CART Section to verify your action and correct it if necessary (quantity adjustment or cancel your item).

The Payment System is totally managed by PayPal through credit or prepaid cards or through a PayPal account if you have it. Follow PayPal indications up to order conclusion then click on RETURN TO STORE to end the Purchase procedure.

Terms of Payment

Sesto Senso Srl Mediastore allows its Clients paying using Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. It will be also possible to pay using a prepaid card. Sesto Senso Srl Mediastore collaborates with Pay Pal to manage transactions. Even if Pay Pal control system assures Client data maximum protection, Sesto Senso Srl Mediastore would need to have some more data to assure a successful transaction.
Banking circuits check and control transactions so Sesto Senso Srl Mediastore does not know about data entered during payment step.

Invoicing
|

If you buy for a Company or a One-Man Company and you have a Mediastore account, you will be able to enter your Client registration form and change your data, entering (if you did not before) your VAT number.
Then you will be able to go on with your purchase receiving your product invoice. If you would not be able to change your data, you will have to ask for it sending an e-mail to

As European Community Sale the Invoice will not include your national taxes:
Regulation (EC) No 638/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on Community statistics relating to the trading of goods between Member States and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/91.
As any other country not included in European Community all over the world Sale the Invoice will not include your national taxes but the Courier will ask the payment for duty/Taxes import basing on the value Invoice we will give to the Courier as Export document.

Order Filling Time
|

Order Filling Time means the time between order reception and product delivery to Courier. During working days, all orders about goods in warehouse paid within Midday will be delivered to Courier that same evening.
Sesto Senso Srl Mediastore works in collaboration with International Courier UPS, offering different kind of dispatching: STANDARD, EXPRESS or SAVER with Insurance.
Delivery Time depends on dispatching chose during Purchase procedure. For more information: www.ups.it.
For logistical reasons, TV, monitors, projectors, notebooks and Blu-ray 3D, if present in stock, will be managed with processing time estimated at 4 (four) business days.
