The data provided will be stored and treated with the guarantees of security and secrecy provided for by legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and will be used exclusively for the performance of the task received and communications for the information sent by Sesto Senso S. r.l., besides the obligations under the law.
The data will be hard, telematics and automated. The data provided will not be in any way alienated or transferred, in any way, to third parties without the prior and expressed consent.

Purpose of the supply of data

(a) aim to conclude, manage and execute contracts to supply of services; to organize, manage and run the supply of services also by means of communication of data to third parties our suppliers; to fulfil the obligations of law or the other obligations requested by the competent authorities;
(b) will be made with the following rules: computerized/Manual. The same data are necessary to the fulfilment of the task received and the fiscal operations. 
In the absence of the conferral of the above data is therefore impossible to carry any activities in favour of the applicant.
(c) activities of direct marketing

The information collected will be treated, protected and controlled, in compliance with the security measures, the means to prevent the risk of loss or destruction, of unauthorized access or treatment not permitted, or of injury to the integrity or the confidentiality of data

Type of the acquired data and treaties

Data provided voluntarily by the user at the time of the injection of assignments to supply our services for the supply of services the user is required to provide in all the necessary data voluntary fulfilment of this duty, in full awareness use to which are intended, is also aware that any data explicitly provided involves the possible next acquisition by Sesto Senso S. r.l.
The user is invited to provide information constituents however sensitive data according to Art. 4, (d), D. LGV n. 196/03, own or third parties, in particular concerning health, without having previously gave its consent to the treatment in the forms of law.

Holder of the treatment of data (in accordance with D. Lgs. 196/2003) is Sesto Senso S. r.l. located in Via Terraglio, 271/B - 31022 Preganziol (TV).
At the same address for service are also kept the data.

All the material of which the management and implementation of the tasks conferred is kept on the servers of Sesto Senso S. r.l.
